She is the wife of a commercial pilot/former sworn LEO, and the mother of 3 adult ADHD children. (All 4 vex her daily, but she loves them dearly!)

Having worked in the school system as a special education teacher and school counselor, she enjoys helping teens, and young adults navigate life. She also enjoys working with adults and couples connecting well with stay-at-home moms, LEOs, pilots, entrepreneurs, and couples looking to heal from life’s messiness or learn how to manage “all the things”. The vast majority of her clients value their confidentiality, and she’s known as “the therapist’s therapist”. She provides trauma- and neuroscience-informed individual counseling, parent coaching, and relationship counseling based on the needs of the client. Her specialties include anxiety, trauma, couples, counselor supervision, and neurofeedback therapy.

Rates: $200/60-minute session & $220/60-minute couple session, not currently accepting new insurance clients
