I am a Masters-level student training to become a licensed mental health counselor. I believe therapy should start out with small, high-impact solutions before transitioning to self-exploration, insight, and education for long-term transformation.

I am a combat-disabled veteran who was deployed to Afghanistan. For many years I had a consulting practice focused on organizational development and leadership coaching. I am, still, an entrepreneur in the field of civil and telecommunications engineering. And all of those experiences led me to the conclusion that so much of our success and joy in life is dependent on our mental health.
